<description>This article is on the money. I really enjoyed it. Years ago when I was first getting into real estate, I ran into a man called Leonard Manion who helped me produce my audio business card.

He lived some place in Missouri and I lived in Florida. I wasn't really sure how he was going to help me produce an audio business card but I was open to the idea.

Before he called me, he had me contact some new home owners and ask them what the five most important questions they had before purchasing a home. Once I had the questions he wanted me to then write down about three paragraphs answering their questions.

I wrote the answers and mailed it to him. (This was long before the internet back in the early 80's) He edited my answers and then told me he would give me a call.

He called that weekend, we chatted for awhile. He asked me the five questions, I answered, and then we chatted a little more and that was that. About a week later I received a cassette in the mail. (yes this was a long time ago before mp3)

I sat down to listen to it and was amazed at how good the audio business card was. I hadn't realized that he had been recording our conversation. He had asked me the questions. I had answered them. And, they were all on the cassette.

He had produced the cassette in a radio talk show format and it really sounded professional. It was the best $2500 I ever invested.
